1 General Terms & Definitions

In this document, "apk4r", "we", and "platform" refer to the apk4r.bet website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "you", and "player" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor who uses the apk4r platform.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement refers to how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. 5 Gaming Rules

All games on apk4r are operated by licensed third-party providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the game provider's records will serve as the final authority.
• If your internet connection is lost, your current game progress is saved and can be resumed once you reconnect.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apk4r platform:

• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's information.

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Apk4r may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• At the user's own request.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your account, please email our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted after 12 months of inactivity. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
